Your Catered Party

Some dinner parties are in celebration of a special event and others are simply six of your friends that want to have dinner together. Typically, I will arrive at your home and prepare the meal in your kitchen. You and your guest will enjoy a gourmet meal usually starting with appetizers during the cocktail hour. We will serve you your dinners and dessert and assure that you beverage glasses remain full throughout the meal. After dessert has been served, then we leave your kitchen spotless and maybe even some leftovers in the refrigerator.  It is a dining experience nobody will forget!

Hide the Caterer

Would you like to take the credit for the exquisite rack of lamb or the rich baked Halibut Alaska? I can prepare the meals for you to the point that you just need to heat them up. Usually, I will arrive in the kitchen the day before the event and do all of the preparation. I will leave you with instructions for cooking and for serving your meal and nobody has to know it wasn't you!
